Gianis Icecream — Hair in my ice cream

We had ordered multiple ice cream scoops via swiggy, delivered from Borivali Mumbai branch of gianis. In one of the flavours I found a hair strand. We filed a complaint at swiggy and got a compensation. We threw that scoop, opened another one and found another hair strand in a kulfi after eating fre bites causing me a discomfort and made me to throw up. Highly unexpected behaviour from a brand
