[Resolved]  Giftalove.com — E-commerce fraud- not delivering the product after prepayment

Ordered a Rakhi gift hamper through www.giftalove.com worth Rs. 1549/-. Was provided a order number with payment confirmation and expected date of delivery of product. Few days later an sms conveying the despatch details of the order was received which has tracking ID and courier company name which was in this case was Bluedart courier services. The order has not been received till today. On checking, got to know that courier service has returned the order to giftalove.com the very next day of despatch. Reasons are unknown. I have written so many e-mails but no response from the company. No response on the telephone mentioned on their website. This a fraud website and should be stopped from cheating customers like this in future. Order No: GL-[protected] booking date: 28/07/2014
