Sir...false product shown in companies website and deliver cadbury dairy milk of rupee 170...and i pay 590 rupee ...and online cheted by the company..please take strict action against them...and they will do tripple profit by adding false image..and doesnt tell me about the product in description link...such a cheater company

I have ordered for Ghewar on 21 Aug 2018 to my hometown Bhilai(Order Id[protected].First these guys don't have the Chattissgarh as State in State option section which sounded me ridiculous . After successfully placing the order of 700 Rs for the delivery date 24 Aug-18, I didn't received the courier on mentioned date .I called the customer care for asking the reason for delay they said that there was delay at courier end and asked me to wait for another one day. I was calling them everyday till Monday ie 27 Aug -18 but still they have the same answer that there is delay from the courier and I didn't received the courier yet . And they told me that they are not responsible for delay as they have mentioned in their terms and condition. I have warned them that I will take legal and stern action against them but still they sounded cold . I was shocked, your are spending money on buying the gift and you have to follow up for the courier .I realized its big mistake of my life to order from their website. Such irresponsible behavior. Will wont recommend anyone for it. Please guys don't waste your money and if you are willing to order then read their terms and conditions . If there is an option for 0.1 stars I could have given them.
