Not able to deliver the gift and not providing me the confirmation

I ordered a gift on 26th january to b delivered on 14th feb in u.s.
They charged me the money and provided me the order i.d
But the gift is not delivered till now. And when i am trying to get the confirmation.
They are saying the same reason from last three days that they havnt got any confirmation from their u.s team. So i want you to please help me out for this.
