Gigaset - Cordless phone Model - A490
It has been around 3 months i bought this gigaset A490 cordless phone and now the handset is not getting charged even though it is in contact with it's base station. Have tried all the troubleshooting steps as mentioned in the manual. Still the problem exists. I tried to contact gigaset service centers and not able to find one properly. There are no numbers mentioned in the manual as well. The URL mentioned in the manual seems to be invalid and the URL given in manual is: www.gigaset.com/service which is redirecting to a totally different page. Kindly help to get this issue resolved.
