Hi Madam / Sir,

THIS IS WITH REGARDS TO MY ORDER PLACE ON November 7th
I am unable to track the order number; hence sharing the UPI Ref No :[protected]

Today is 14thNovember and there is not update on delivery or shipment.

I have made unlimited phone calls to them on this number [[protected]] and mail them as well on this id [[protected]@gmail.com]@gmail.com but no responses.
Not even once they have sent me a single email/tracking details to know what the status of my order is and now I refuse to trust any more dates given to me, I'm just being made a fool.

I'm tired of following up, I would want you to cancel the entire order and refund the amount to me right away.
