Hi Madam / Sir,

THIS IS WITH REGARDS TO MY ORDER PLACE ON 19TH October -
Order No. 21572

I was given delivery date of 25thOctober and today is 3rd November and there is not update on delivery or shipment.

I have made some 5 phone calls to them on this number [protected] and mail them 5 times on this id [protected]@gmail.com but no responses.
Not even once they have sent me a single email/tracking details to know what the status of my order is and now I refuse to trust any more dates given to me, I'm just being made a fool.

I'm tired of following up, I would want you to cancel the entire order and refund the amount to me right away.
