Global Info Bpo — A fraud company claiming to be a BPO looting people of their money. | |||||
There is a company called "Global Info BPO". They claim to provide jobs in flipkart, snapdeal etc. They provide either a work from home job or a desk job. They recruit profiles from naukri.com and call the candidates for a walk-in interview and these candidates are generally innocent freshers who rarely doubt the company's genuineness. When a person goes for the walk-in interview, they demand Rs. 500 for registration and give you a number for telephonic interview. If you don't clear this telephonic interview, they claim to refund the Rs. 500 and if you get selected (which everyone does), you are supposed to come for a training program next weekend and pay Rs. 1000 there. All they give you after this training is a "Certificate of BPO Training" and promise to give you a job as a flipkart executive but nothing such happens, and nobody even picks up their phones and you are left there robbed of your money and with no job in your hands. This is a company that makes false commitments and passes off as being connected with companies like flipkart, snapdeal and shopclues but they are actaully not tied up with them. They are looting innocent freshers and a strict action needs to be taken against them ASAP. The have their so called offices at Nirman Vihar, Laxminagar, Karol Bagh, Barakhamba and Connaught Place. Same experience happened with me. They asked me for 500as registration fee n after clearing my telephonic interview they had called me for a training programme charging rs 1000thereby. The day after my interview i called on the number they had provided me for in case of any help or query on the training day. I had some issues regarding the training programme so i called on the number several times. After being once answered by a lady whom i clarified about not continuing my job with them she told me to call back as she cud not hear me. Calling back was rather more worse. No response from em. The very next day i went to their office n demanded back my money (registration). I told em the reason that i cant continue with u for i m joining somewhere else. They refused to pay me back reasoning that this was a personal ground n money cud not b refunded. I went on to tell em that i called on the number provided by you i had no response some lady spoke n cut the call. So the person over there said which lady u spoke to how do we know that the response was bad. I told em that how wud i know who the person was. This is ur management u shud know. The person himself confused what to say. I went on more that what number have u provided me when u urself dont know whose speaking over the same. The other day when i was interviewed that lady who took she gave me the number saying that this number is of my head. N now u urself are confused. Even i forgot to write that a man also picked the call once in between introducing himself as gautam n then randomly cut the call. When the lady over there who had interviewed me saw the issue going bad n i kept going loud she suddenly said okay wait let me speak to my boss. All of a sudden in 2or 3seconds she came n handed me over my 500. N i just came back home. Overall they were scared that if the matter went out the freshers sitting out wud also listen so thats y they all of a sudden gave ne back my money n resolved the issue. Overall a total loot i must say.
