Global Kart — cheating & fraudulent actions of global kart. | |||
Sir, My name is shreekumaran nair, a resident of kodariya, mhow (M. P.). I want to draw your attention towards the fraud company name global kart, new delhi. This company ringed me on 09.09.2017 claiming to reward me a renault duster car & other amenities in against some investment. They took a total amount of rs. 2, 90, 000/- in instalments. Till the date, after the investments been made, i haven't got any response from them nor i got any reward or money. I even asked them to refund my money to which they gave no response and demanded more & more money from me. The investment which was made was the money from my policy premium and some of the amount which i took on credit from the market. Global kart is a fraudulent company who cheat the public by taking investments from this in against the false claims of various rewards. I am badly cheated & affected by this company. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously & help me to get back my refund amount by taking strict actions against this company. Hoping for the positive response from your side. Your ill-fated experience must have been in association with a different company of the same name.
Our establishment was not involved in the incident whatsoever. Therefore, we urge you to remove it from this platform at the earliest as it contains incorrect, defamatory allegations against our company’s name, and would be misleading for our potential client and customer base.
