I ordered for a 5 in 1 air couch from global sky mart.
but in span of 1 week i discovered that the air is not stable in the product. tried to find the reason but was unable.
called up mr. anurag([protected]) on 16th Aug, being sunday he assured me that the complaint is registered but as the server is down, will not be able to give me the refrence number.
Since then i have been following him regularly, but still my product has not been replaced.
On 31st Aug i again called up the number n spoke with Mr. Deepak, and i was shocked to know that till date my complaint has not been registered as anurag is from the sales team & does not caters complaints.
today again i.e on 01 sep-2015, i called up the number & spoke with Mr. Rohit Sharma(Team Leader) & he gave me a number [protected](which is to be dialed only after 7:30 in evening.
is this how this company treats its customer.
pathetic service.
kindly advise me further regarding the replacement.
