Globus Honda — Did not receive bill and insurance

I bought Honda Activa on 29 june 2015 on cash from globus honda, saraswati vihar. At the time of billing they told me they will send bill and insurance on mail, but i did not get that. I went to showroom in febuary 2016 to collect an insurance and bill at that time they dont have anything with them. They are trying to issue an insurance from insurance company since 2 weeks after that they we can not arrange insurance as they dont have their database. When i asked for bill they told me earlier we used DMS software for billing, now we have changed the billing software, due to which we dont have past records even we can not provide you.

They charged me for everything and i paid, but at the time of issue they have denied this thing, although they are giving the substitute you may collect an insurance copy from authority. their manager Ram when i told him if you can not provide all things what would be the next step, they said go to head office and try that.

I just need to know why i will suffer so much for it, if i paid money to them and they have a responsibility for all process.

I have a RC which somehow i have collected froim them i can also provide you, if you will take this complaint ahead
