Security staff at the departures is misbehaving with the passengers. Today my family had to catch up flight at 12:45 am to bangalore. At the entry gate they panicked them saying that other name is missing in the ticket. 3-4 people stopped my mother and sister as if they were thief's/ dacoit entering the airport, due to which my mother got very nervous. Later my sister went to get tickets at the counter and in the meanwhile my mother was rudely asked to stand aside and they told that her luggage will be seized.
This is not the first experience a week before we had faced the same behaviour. Staff should be sensitised to behave with the passengers or complaints should be lodge against them. Was this information helpful? |
