Go First — Not refunded the airline ticket Amount.

Due to closing the services of the Go first airlines suddenly cancelled my Ticket from airline side.

PNR No 2: IYJ6PG
PNR No 3: FFS6JE
The flight date 7 May 2023 and 15 May 2023
I am following up more than 4 months, but still not refunded they said under process.
Kindly help me for refunding my amount.
