[Resolved] Go Processing — distributorship money | |||
My go id is [protected]. I bought distributor id from go processing. They took 25000 rs . The sales executive didn't said me any terms and conditions. They locked my id once. Then again unlocked. Before that they were saying i have to take rs. 100000 service load. And the sales executive did'nt told me that the money is non refundable. After taking the service they were just pressurizing me. Such a bad behaviour. I accept after so many calls i got excited too. They told me to send my documents for a agreement. I sent. But since 17/07/2019 i haven't got any agreement or terms and conditions from them. They have locked my id. I lost my 25000 rs. I agree to return those id i bought. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY CALL . AFTER HEARING MY ID THEY JUST DISCONNECTING THE CALL. Go Processing customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I Complained about my disrtibutor id.
they locked my retailer accounts which i have been using since 2016.
i had balance on my id.
when i am calling they are not responding.
after hearing the id they disconnecting my call.
reason:- they are saying i am misbehaved with them.
is it business or what?
no documents/ agreement/ just locked my id's.
please help me.
