Godrej Appliances — Defective AC/Bad installation | |||
Hello, I had purchased godrej 1.5 ton inverter ac in october 2018. Invoice is available. After installation for a period of 1 year, the gas was leaking and was replaced for more than 4 times. So till october 2019, since there were multiple complaints about no cooling, the gas was replaced 4 times by your service partner via dg aircon. This clearly shows that either the installation was not done properly or the ac was damaged from the factory (Or do you think it is a norm with godrej ac's to have the refrigerant leaking and to be replaced 4 times a year?) After this, i was out of town for work and only returned back in august this year (Due to lockdown, my returning was delayed from march to august). On checking again when i returned back home, found there is no cooling again (Seems no surprise here) which confirms that the ac is defective or not installed correctly. I want this ac repaired or replaced without cost as this is due to a defective ac machine or poor installation which is done by godrej authorized partner. Check this and let me know when will this machine be replaced/repaired. I also want an amc but first, need the ac needs to be in a condition where it provides cooling. I really hope this issue is looked into and solved as per the request above, so as to avoid further hassles on both sides and i am not forced to take legal recourse such as lodging a complaint with consumer court.
