Godrej Appliances — Door lock of washing machine not functioning after change of PCB | |||
I purchased washing machine no GWT 6510 WEV in the name of my wife Atreyee Dasgupta Bera .After changing PCB on 20.5.2015 the door started disturbing and ultimately it got locked. Smartcare mechanic prescribed changing lock. My complain reference no is K[protected] dated 09.7.2015. Lock is yet to be replaced. I cannot use the machine for such a long period and have suffered a lot. Is it a blunder to repose faith on godrej ? Should I go for godrej home appliances next time ?
