[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Not getting proper service from company | |||
I had got my Godrej AC AMC renew for 5 years. but I have not even a single proper service. last time I called them up for my AC service and they took more than 20 days to do service after so many follow up. just after a 2 months of service, AC again stopped working and I registered complaint. its been over 2 days I have given complaint. the engineer came after 2 days of registering complaint, and he checked AC for 2 minutes and said I will fix it after 2 days. Why can they give onspot AC. when I called up the service centre, they said it happens like this only and it is going to take time. Was this information helpful? | |||
