I have placed a purchased order of shoe back on 9th June 2019 at Godrej Interior, Secunderabad show room. As per orders, I should receive the product within 5 days but I received on 15th June 2019. Then I requested the technician to come and fix. Till now no body came to fix it. Why there is such delay? The payment is collected in total but no body responds. It is a very bad situation. Sound variation while washing. scratching sound .we checked it with and without clothes inside it ;the undesirable sound is there.
