Godrej Appliances — unacceptable delay in complaint processing - b[protected] | |||
. The electrician visited my home and confirmed leakage in the coil which was later taken for replacement. Initially i was asked to wait for 3-4 days as the part was ordered from the factory however now they are saying it will take 2 weeks which is just not acceptable. On the sidelines the electrician is asking me to get it done privately by paying some amount and that will happen within 24 hours. I just don’t understand if this a new hack for earning money within the amc period whereby troubling the customer the service is prioritised only upon a private request. We are using godrej products since decades as this was the trust bestowed to us by our grand parents. Just unacceptable approach towards customers and i expect a quick response or any senior escalation support. Water leaking from fridge. It's a double door fridge . Leaking since few month . I think their is no other prob other than this.
