Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd — Defective product delivered and not giving proper response

I had ordered a Sofa(3+1+1) Model No- STSFRHA1051/STSFRHA3051(RHINE RECL3ST SL Burg-AD) on 12/10/2016 for which the invoice no is- 81I/ 24088865 from Godrej Interio Showroom located at Godrej Bhawan Okhla.

When the product was delivered, one of the sofa of 3 seater was damaged and when I told the person who was assembling about the same, he told that he will register a complain and will be replaced within 1 week time.

After one week, when I tried to know the status of my replacement, he is not giving proper response and provides the no of Mr Prateek Seth- Service Manager of Godrej Interio.

At that time he told that the issue will be resolved within next 10 days, but still waiting for a response from them.

I am very dissatisfied with the kind of service provided by the Company and caused me a lot of inconvenience both mentally and physically.

I want my product to be taken back due to unethical behaviour of the company and will escalate this matter to the legal terms if some action is not taken within next 7 days.

Also, I want some kind of compensation on behalf of the company due to the inconvenience caused to me.
