They sent a technician, Akbar ( [protected]) to check the Washing Machine, told the machine needs replacement and charges are 2600/-. Akbar charged 450/- DID NOT PROVIDE Bill or Acknowledgement. Next day they sent vehicle for pickup (Aug 27). next day there was a call from their call center[protected] and told that both motors need replacement and the cost will be 6800 + taxes !!. i asked for the return of the washing machine. they said they will send if the vehicle has to come towards this side.
After 6 days i did not get my washing machine, i called the service centre, now they said that since i did not get the service done, the return charges are 1500/- from Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
the owner of the service centre ([protected]) was very rude and said that he would give 10% discount if service is done. I refused to get the service done. Now they have stopped receiving my calls. My washing machine is with them. I dont know if they are going to return. Also they have not provided me any acknowledgement .
