Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — Lock is not working properly

Address:Plot no:969, Vinayaka hills colony, Near KHAN SAHEB MASJID, Almasguda, Hyderabad,500058

I purchased the lock in March, 2021.It was fitted by godrej expert.It is properly working upto January, 2022.From last two months, the lock rods are not fitted properly in the holes of lock.
