Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — Main door got locked and not opening

We are staying in Godrej Air, Bangalore. Suddenly today main door got locked and we are staying out for 4 hour. Not even 1 year over. It's tribolt lock. Within the warranty period only. Please contact us to replace this lock as it is very dangerous for kids.
