Godrej Natures Basket — all fruits I bought from powai store were rotten

I went to Nature's basket Powai store on 1st July 2018. I bought some apples, pears, plums etc. All of them looked fresh from outside but each single fruit was rotten from inside. I stay in Andheri so couldn't go back to the store to exchange. But i am extremely disappointed that a store like Nature's basket loots customers but selling highly expensive old fruits kept frozen since god knows how many months and cheats them. No more Nature basket for me.
