Godrej Natures Basket — customer service - ignoring customer query, redressal of complaint only after reminded by me.

I had placed a complaint with the central customer service email id, with full details of the complaint - see attached a copy of the mail. This was placed last sunday 31st june and i got a reply saying that i would hear from them in 48 hours. Nothing of the sort happened. I had to remind them again on saturday july 7th, only after that i got a call to resolve the complaint.
The person who spoke to me apologised just for the sake of it, not even stating the real reason for my complaint. She obviously had been briefed to give some standard response. I had to remind her what the real issue was.
I thought that only the vile parle east branch were unresponsive. Seems like this runs throughout the company.
