We shopped on saturday 19th august at this branch for rs. 4500. Both my husband and me are members at natiures basket. We werent informed about the discount offered upfront. We could have split the bill and got 2 vouchers. But of course we are informed after billing. Now worst is, when i shopped at natures basket today, i was told i cant use the voucher because they could not track the shopping invoice of 19th august! We got that sorted but a quick stop of 5 minutes lasted a good 20 minutes. If we pay a premium price at natures basket we also expect better customer handling. Was this information helpful? |
