I ordered 1 kg of pears from
Nature’s basket and received 6 pears. Out of these 6, 4 were completely rotten. I complained to nature’s basket about this on their website and recived a mail asking photographs of rotten pears. I shared pics of these rotten things. After which i received a message saying i get rs 40 credit for these rotten pears. Just to clarify... I paid rs 300 for 6 pears of which 4 were rotten and inedible. 4 pears would round up to about rs 200 and you give me mere rs 40 credit. Had this been a thela wala, he would have been professional and courteous enough to either replace the fruits or atleast provide sufficient credit.
Bad bad bad service. Making fool of people.
