Gofirst Airlines — Refund against Flight Tickets cancelled by Airline

My flights (PNR : G8PIJZ & Y9UFGZ) had been cancelled by GoAir.

I am writing to check status of refund. Despite repeated mails, the airline is not responding to my mails.
