Gofirst — Flight Ticket Not Confirm but Money debit

I've booked flight ticket on 10feb 2022, for march 12 (chennai to ahmedabad)
the amount has been debited, but i didnt get any conformation mail
instead i received my status is on 'hold' and the amound has been declined. ive checked my bank statement, the amount has been debited.

please look into this problem and help me out
