Gofirst — Poor Staff and Service

Hi Team,

This is regarding my flight No.G8-575. I was about to reach the destination by 6:10 but due to weather condition the flight went to Mumbai again.

There was no announcement from the Pilot or co-staffs were not providing any updates to us.

We were told that free refreshments will be provided by Samruddhi (Duty Manager) but the same was not provided to us. Even certain point of time, the assistance bell was also not available to us for even drinking water.

We would like to get our money back not because of the delay but because of the management issue as people was starving inside because of 9 hours inside a flight.

I would like to address another issue with my PNR ZYPPFW & M9QS4G at the time of returning back from my journey. The flight got delayed and when i just asked the Head crew (named not exactly remembered but Miss. Sarvada) she told me that i shouldn’t travel with this Airline and i actually felt like not to travel with this company again and would like to inform that this kind of answer is not expected by any customer service oriented company.

I would like to inform you that these cases can be gone towards social media but i don’t want to do it as that would take the company’s reputation at stake. It’s just i want my compensation for the matter or otherwise i can take this matter at further levels.

Kindly provide the a refund or we can claim compensation as per the DGC
