[Resolved] Gojavas Courier — No tracking details of my courier and can't contact Gojavas | |||||
My order was shipped on 14 nov and there has been no update on my product yet. It has been 4 days and there is no update on gojavas site about the product even no details about product leaving the origin city. I tried to contact them on [protected] which is mentioned on their website but it is invalid. Even i mailed them about status of my courier on 16 nov and they haven't replied yet. It is one of the worst courier company who dont have customer care department and or any local office address. It usually takes 2-3 days for delivery in Amritsar from Delhi but 4 days have been passed and no tracking details. I ordered same product last week also and it reached me within 3 days via fedex. According to me gojavas is one of the worst courier service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
