My father was an agent in golden forest india Ltd and he has a cheque of 1, 11, 000 which has a maturity date of 3 Jan 2022 . Cheque was issued on 1997. Now the company doesn't exist . Please help me. How can i claim the amount ?. He paid 500rs and worked as an agent (opening accounts of others) . We really need this. Please help me....

Since the maturity period is over I have sent all the required documents through Speed Post on 18.08.2020 under tracking Number EK[protected]IN (Delivered date 29.08.2020).

But till the date i have not received my amount.

We took the cheque and went to the particular bank, but they haven’t responded and told us to go to Golden forest head branch they will sort the problem.Can somebody tell me how to reach them any POC....
