[Resolved]  Gomechanic — Insulting and troublesome experience with Gomechanic by damaging my car

Hi there,

I got my AC compressor changed by gomechanic a month back, and after the replacement my car started showing anomalies of engine check light on, eco meter not working, roof light not working and majorly, my clutch handle was making a lot of electrical noise.

I contacted my service buddy, and he took my car two more times and I had to bear my own fuel cost for the pickup and drop after the work was done which summed up to INR 4500. Each time I was given my vehicle back, the dashboard indicator and roof light were working fine but the electrical noise was persistent. Out of these two times, the first time, I was promised a delivery date on which I waited for two hours on road under the sun to take my car, as I had to go to my office soon. But the workshop kept lying on my face and had to skip office for the day.

After all this, I tried escalating the issue, for which I did not get a single call back, but I had to keep calling again and again. The query came to Janvi Gupta, but she was not picking up the call nor was helping me in any way. Next on continuously calling her, she made me contact Yogesh Nagraj (phone number: +9188*****065)who was a very rude behaved person and an uncultured person who without listening to my grievance started yelling and talking rudely, and on warning him about the Consumer forum court, said on my face that he won't give me a single penny and do whatever I want to.

This was a very rude and insulting experience from Gomechanic. I had to pay the money just to hear the insults and get my car even more damaged. I am not sure, what else can I do about this but get my car repaired for the faults caused by Gomechanic team by paying extra out of my pocket and get insulted to the core by the Bangalore team, especially by Yogesh Nagraj.
