Gorb — Not refunding money even after service was not provided

First let me tell you the issue which i have already told to your customer executives more than 6-7 time in last one month. i had placed an order on 15th January 2017. order was placed and payment (online transaction) was completed successfully. Below are the transaction details.

and please check in your system thoroughly as your executive don't get the details at one go.

The food was not delivered and later, on checking with your executive i was told order was not complete and money would be refunded. first of all i do not understand what kind of application is it where after completion of payment still the order is incomplete and you accept the amount even tough the order was not complete.

Never mind, i was told money will be refunded within 7-10 working days but i assume for you people meaning of 7-10 days is different from what i count, today even after a month the money is not credited. and on calling your customer executive several time i get the same answer without any resolution "concerned team will be calling back". what type of concerned team you have that i didn't receive any call yet.

i dont know what kind of system they maintain that nor do they find details and nor does their team call back even after assuring for the same every time. if this is how they treat their custom i am sorry to say but better they get shut down.
