I had booked my cab online on[protected] for a journey from jaipur to jhansi
the booking was confirmed for[protected] at 12 pm. I had also made the advance payment. In the booking statement it was written that I will get the driver details 3hr before the boarding time but in place of details, I received a mail the my booking has been cancelled at 10:10 am.
The passenger (my mom) was left helpless at the end and could not travel at the end.
when I tried to contact them the told me that they are sorry and cut the call and are not picking up now.
