GozoCabs — Cab service not provided, takes advance and no refund issued

I needed cab ride from my stay at goa to airport. Booked Gozocab, paid 1592 for cab fare, driver was alloted. My cab time was 8 am. Cab didn’t show up. I called the driver, gozo support multiple times no one took the call. Had to board another local cab at 8:30. Till 10:30 I didn’t get any response after multiple calls and request call back and whatsapp support. For 2 and half they kept me waiting. I haven’t got the refund yet. They said they have already raised the request for refund but haven’t received it yet. Worst customer service, they charge in advance but don’t respond if the allocated driver is not available. I had flight at 11:30. If I would have relied on gozo cpuld have missed my flight.
