GozoCabs — double money charged for advance payment

I had booked a trip using Gozocabs. I had paid advance of Rs 2650 to Gozocabs. On the day of the trip, I requested for change of pick up time, Gozo support team did that but accidentally they cancelled my trip in their system and told me that my advance payment will get refunded back to me in 7 working days. (Rs 2650)

They again activated my trip in the system and asked me to pay the advance amount of Rs 2650 also to driver in cash. So during the trip i paid this amount to driver in addition to other agreed amount of Rs 15000.

However till date I have not received my advance amount refund of Rs 2650. Hence Gozocabs have taken Rs 2650 extra from me for this trip.

And now their support is saying, they dont see any status in their system related to my refund.
