They just shrug away from providing the service because their driver was not responding. The booking was made well in advance, if I have booked a service you promise to provide, it is your responsibility to fulfil it anyhow.
To add on to that, they've made me WAIT FOR HOURS, hoping to get me an alternative cab that they kept making excuses for. Finally NO CAB PROVIDED.
Their cold hearted approach, not showing any urgency or interest in rescuing the situation shows their lack of empathy towards their customers.
On the day, hour, minute of the travel, and even after waiting for couple of hours beyond that, they did not provide the service and left me gasping for way outs. Was this information helpful? |
