I have booked a taxi from gozocabs for 4 days round trip. But in the first day of my journey, the vehicle breakdown on the mid of my way. I have called immediately to gozo for replacement of vehicle. Instead of replacing the vehicle, they asked the agency to repair the vehicle and after 3 hrs, i have able to move again. Due to this 3 hrs. Late, i have reached my hotel at 1am instead of 8pm. And lost my pre-booked meal. On the same day, after temporary repairing of vehicle, i have asked them to replace the vehicle for next days trip. But this time also they didn't respond to me and asked me to continue my trip with that temporarily repaired vehicle for which it became breakdown in mid of the road again in the next day during my site seeing journey. After that, i have booked another vehicle personally and returned back to my hotel. From 3 day of my journey, ultimately gozo have provided alternate vehicle for remaining two days.
