My car rental booking (Ref: OW[protected] for Kolkata to Durgapur had wrong address. On my behalf, the booking was cancelled by CC executive (ph:[protected] as I was unable to do the same for issues with login id. The executive advised to write mail to [protected]@gozocabs.in to redirect the amount (Rs. 899.00) to bank account from wallet.
The first mail written on 02.02.2022, reminder on 13.02.2022, but no response. Tried to call customer care many times for call back for assistance but no one rang back.
