GozoCabs — refund money not credited in my bank account even after 30 days

Dear sir/mdm

I am very disappointed the way i am strugling to have my refund money credited in my bank account

Background

I had booked your two suv, s under booking id ow[protected] and ow[protected] on 3rd november 2019 for journey date 17th nov 2019. For each booking, i paid advance of rs 786 (Total rs 1572) through payumoney (Payment id, s[protected] and[protected]
Merchant order id : [protected] and [protected])

On 13th november, i cancelled both bookings due to change in our travel schedule. Immediately, i received confirmation from gozocabs about cancelation and refund (Both mails attached below)
Pl notice, transaction ref id has been left blank in both these mails below for reasons best known to you

When refund did not show up in my bank account, i contacted gozocabs and i was told to contact bank, which i did
The bank on my request mailed biller under their service ref no sr[protected].
My bank told me to get in touch with biller (Payumoney)

I approached biller through consumer complaints and they responded by saying that they did not receive both refunds so far

It is almost 30 days now and still the refund money has not shown up in my account

Hope better sense prevails with gozocabs and they act now
