The car they provided us was in worst condition. The AC did not work at all, it was working fine initially then it completely shut down.
The mechanic himself said the car is not in good condition.
The driver was sweet and we have no issues with the driver, but the owner of the cab is responsible.
Third, please ask gozo cab drivers to learn a basic language like English or hindi.
We couldn't communicate with the driver at all. He couldn't even explain the issue to the gozo customer care employee. Please ask them initiate a refund as we've paid for AC. Was this information helpful? |
