[Resolved]  Grabgear — It is 10 days but Still not get replaced product order id #KL205869

I requested for replacement of a product. order id #KL205869
It is 10 days I returned the product, Still no new status of my product replacement...
it is showing still "being processed"
Can you please Inform me, How many days take to be processed... I am anxious to get my product.

finally almost afer 13 day I get a mail that they are sending the replaced product. ok, I am happy... I haven't got the thing yet though. So I am a little worried about the condition of the thing.
