[Resolved]  Grabgear — No updates from the company regarding my order shipping

I ordered from their mobile app grabgear on 27th july with partial COD. I got the information that my order is confirmed but no other information regarding the shipping.
I am trying to contact them via email, call, WhatsApp e everything but they are not responding.
My order number is #KL205489
Please respond and tell me about my order status and by when it will get delivered
