I ordered this product on the 27th of August from Grabgear.in for a price of about 21k.
The first time I received the product it was delivered too late and I almost missed the product as I was moving to Bangalore. I received it a day before I was going to travel in the evening and I was very happy but it turned into a disappointment as soon I opened them. The product was old and seemed like a refurbished one for the price of a new one.
Immediately I put in a replacement request but it took almost 2 weeks for the return to happen. Now I am waiting for the replacement order, it has been more than 2 weeks since I returned the product and I still haven't got any updates. They have provided a shipment number but when I checked it says the "Shipment has been booked". I checked with Bluedart and they told me that the handover of the product hasn't been done yet. I'm just tired of contacting their support with no proper responses or reasoning. I had to pay EMI for the product even though I still don't have my product in hand.
I just want my product this week or a refund. I can't go on with this charade.
