Purchased Pixel Buds A from their website about a month back, They sent me a used defective product. Clear scratches and paint marks on teh Pixel Buds A case as well as earphones.
Raised a ticket, they closed it without consulting me. Raised another ticket, also contacted them on their WhatsApp support, till date noone has replied to me.
The Pixel Buds are so old and used that the battery wont even last for 60 minutes o[censored]sage. Am stuck with them now, with the company not replying or refusing to give me a refund. Was this information helpful? |
