I received the product with order no. 7401 afetr i had cancelled the order. Anyways i am happy with the JBL headphone and totally not happy with the keypad i had ordered and its not as expected cos the size of it is very very very small and cannot type properly and i want to return it, so kindly please get back the product and refund the amount. Already sent a mail regarding this issue 2 days back no reply and when i acll to [protected] it will connect and i get a voice that all our executives are busy right now and this issue is from a month, not able to contact them. Hope everything goes fine. Thanks
