My order number is #12360
I ordered vr box 2.0 3d virtual reality glasses
On 5th november 2016
I received the product and the same day i tested it within 1 hour of delivery and found that to be broken. It cannot even accept the phone in the vr box. That scratched and broke my phone's silicon cover and scratched screen gaurd.

I emailed to them in their [protected]@ email id and got no response.
I went to the order page and used their internal communication tool and messaged http://prntscr.com/d7jagn

Got no response.

Tried their phone and it always says they are all busy. Tried a dozen times over 2-3 days period.

They have 10 days return period and free pickup. But no one is reachable even to speak and solve the problem.

This is worst service from ecommerce company.
