Grablon — Product not delivered on time.

I ordered a product form grablon.com and it has been more than 10 days since i didn't received the product. Bluetooth speakers order - #8403.

When i am trying to contact customer care their phone is busy everytime.

Instead of sending multiple emails no reply received.

After few days a SMS came that the product is dispactched but now no clues after that.

Very slow and poor customer service. Delivery by national post is far better.

I have observed that many online websites having partnership with PAYU money are facing problems.
