Grablon.com — Not delivered my order

I have placed an order of weighing machine(glass type) with the order no:#11902 on 02.11.2016 on the name o[censored]SHA.ANDE. But item was not received by me till now..I have placed my complaint also on the above said item on 19.11.2016 and tried to contact to given contact no. in grablon web site but that was not connected.So please take immediate necessary action to deliver my item immediately
